Where it all started
IMpower Wellness was born out of necessity. The medspa industry needed a welcoming space where individuals, no matter their background, could feel free to exist and share their vulnerabilities without fear of judgement or pushy sales tactics. We use evidence based medicine to guide our treatment plans for our clients.
So, we created that space ourselves! Beginning as a small one-woman operation, IMpower Wellness quickly snowballed into larger spaces, bigger teams, and an ever-growing community of lovely clientele in and around the Elora area. We work hard, we play hard, and we’re committed to providing a space where everyone feels IMportant and welcome to prioritize their health, beauty, and confidence.

Joining the team with 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Julia brings both a wealth of medical knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care. Her career began in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine, and over the years she has gained valuable experience in rural nursing, primary care, labor and delivery, and most recently, secondary stroke prevention.
This diverse background has given Julia a well-rounded understanding of patient needs across many stages of life and healthcare settings.
